("App").

- Voice transcriptions: If you use voice journaling, transcribed text from your audio input.
App Usage and Device Information

well-being. This includes mood states, emotional reflections, and personal journal entries.

your entries.
- Stored securely: Protected using industry-standard encryption and security measures.
- Never sold: Your emotional data is never sold to third parties.

- Personalize your experience: Generate AI-powered insights, forecasts, and reflections
based on your data.
- Sync across devices: Securely store and retrieve your data when you sign in on different
devices.
- Improve the app: Analyze aggregate usage patterns to enhance features and fix issues.

4. Data Storage & Security
We take the security of your data seriously:

- Encryption at rest: Stored data is encrypted using industry-standard AES-256 encryption.
- Secure infrastructure: We use Supabase, a trusted cloud platform, for data storage and
authentication.
- Access controls: Access to user data is strictly limited to authorized systems and
personnel.
- Local storage option: Mood entries and journal content are also stored locally on your
device for offline access.
5. Data Sharing
We are committed to protecting your privacy:
- We do NOT sell your personal data.
- We do NOT share your data with advertisers.
- We do NOT use your emotional data for targeted advertising.
We may share data with trusted service providers strictly for app operation:
- Supabase: Cloud database and authentication services.
- OpenRouter / AI providers: To generate personalized insights (only anonymized prompts are
sent; no personal identifiers are included).
We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect our rights, or to prevent harm.
6. Your Rights and Controls
You have full control over your data:
- Access: View all your stored mood entries and journal content within the app.
- Update: Edit or modify your profile information and entries at any time.
- Delete: Remove individual entries or request complete account deletion.
- Export: Generate and download a clinical report (PDF) of your data.
- Reset: Clear all local data using the in-app reset feature.
To request account deletion or data export, use the options in the app's Profile section or contact us directly.
7. Data Retention
We retain your data only as long as necessary:
- Active accounts: Data is retained while your account remains active.
- Deleted accounts: When you delete your account, your personal data is permanently removed
from our servers within 30 days.
- Anonymized data: We may retain anonymized, aggregated data for analytics purposes, which
cannot be linked back to you.
8. Children's Privacy
Mantra is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from
children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected data from a child under 13, we will take steps to
delete that information promptly.
If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact
us immediately.
9. Third-Party Services
Mantra uses the following third-party services:

- Capacitor: For native app functionality (no data collection).

- We will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.
- We may notify you via in-app notification or email for significant changes.
- Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
